Here’s is an interesting bit of data display, showing the distribution of animal life in torrid, temperate, and frigid zones. It is relatively small, 4×4″ or so, and is found in James Orton’s  Comparative zoology, structural and systematic, published in New York by Harper and Brothers in 1889, (pg 389).
