Zeppelin Paper Model, 1924

JF Ptak Science Books Post 621  Blog Bookstore

This is a downloadable, clickable image of the makings for a zeppelin paper model–it is a lovely thing, and I just needed to share with anyone with a sharp exacto or a real pair of scissors. Pieces of the image should be printed so that the zep could be 18 inches long; or, of course, if you had a good steady hand, you could make a mini version, at this size.  The model itself is entitled Technisches Modell, Das Zeppelin Luftschiff (Modellierbogen Nr. 531, 532) and was printed and glued to cardboard by Esselingen at Munich ca. 1924.  The size of the original is 36 x 86 cm.
