I cannot find this title in the usual places, nor are there any references to it in WorldCat/OCLC, nor is there any mention of the panoramic view or the map. I’d say this was scarce.
“…Theodore W. Gulick [d. 1913], an early newspaper editor. He is credited with establishing the Muskogee Evening Times which was Muskogee s first daily newspaper. He is also credited with reorganizing the Muskogee Commercial Club into the Chamber of Commerce and served as an officer of the Chamber for many years.”–Muskogee Phoenix
There must’ve been one of the land rushes in the 1900-1909 period as the Muskogee as the population exploded from 4,500 to 25,000.
