JF Ptak Science Books Blog Bookstore
I've just started List 10 (located in the Blog Bookstore/Non-science section of this blog) which will be an ongoing effort to catalog some of the 1,000 or so pamphlet in the store having to do with oppressed and disadvantaged people, as well as the social movements that were started to address those tragedies. Material covers the American Black experience (1850-1940), the Holocaust and other aspects of antisemitism, Japanese-American internment camps, Labor Unions, anti-immigration policies, war propaganda, and other related areas.
(An example of what I'll be offering is above--this is the original artwork for the dust jacket for an anti-lynching book by Clara Morris Diggs, published in 1934.)
