It seems that there are very few complete runs of this journal, at least according to WorldCat and Trove. Also for the incomplete runs there aren't many located, either; WorldCat in general finds 5 or 6 libraries, while Trove finds about the same in Australia (with WorldCat not locating those libraries.)
Each volume is housed in a clamshell box. All are ex-library from he Smithsonian Institution, with their stamp on the cover wrapper, and also their name impressed on the foot of each box.
The run includes the following: Vol 2 (1899) #s 2-8, 10-12; Vol 4 (1901) #s 1-5, 8-12; Vol 5 (1902) #s 1-8; Vol 11 (1909) vols 1-12 complete.
