Very Good condition, with a small rubber stamp of the OSS, and an acquisition date stamp for the LC.
Scarce. There are only FIVE copies located in WorldCat/OCLC (University of Wisconsin/Madison, National Library of Poland, Koninklijke Biblioteek, Ottowa, University of Pennsylvania.) As of March 2020 there are no listings of this work for sale online.
The date of publication is a bit of a guess: one date from WorldCat is 1926, and another is 1939--I suspect that it is more like 1936 or so, as there is a reference to the new ascension of the "nationsocialists" in Germany, meaning I believe that they were now the party in power, which would be at least 1933. It seems unlikely for this to be after the Anschluss and even less likely for 1939, so the mid-1930's sounds pretty good to me.
This is mostly deep history on the tensions between the two countries over this piece of "corridor" land, and also of course an appeal for more public attention to the case and for the removal of Polish forces from the area.
[The map in the original in the pamphlet measures about 4x4 inches.]
