[Not dated in the report but stamped "March 25, 1944" when it was accepted by the serials division at the Library of Congress.] Offset, printed on 11x8.5" sheets; 13 leaves (3 leaves of index, 7 paginated leaves plus 3 leaves of appendicies). The central section comprises approximately 3500 words. Staple bound, though the cover sheet is detached. Not located in WorldCat. $350 [On hold]
