John Dewey. Mental Development.  Published by the University of Chicago, Department of Philosophy and Pedagogy.  1900  18 leaves, plus cover.  Mimeographed or rapid reproduction, typescript, bound with two brass gathers.  Rare.  Only two copies located in the OCLC, one at Chicago, the other at the University of Rochester.  This is the copy from the Library of Congress "Pamphlet Collection", sent there in 1932 from the U.S. Copyright Office, this copy being stamped "First copy", and received December 3, 1900. 

[Condition:  good copy, or probably a little better, with a little chipping around the edges of the cover.  The original front blank cover/wrapper is present, but detached.]  $950
