"LA-657" refers to Los Alamos Technical Publication #657 (see http://www.fas.org/sgp/othergov/doe/lanl/lib-www/la-pubs/00424820.pdf for a pdf of this publication.) This work was previously classified though this paper bears no stamps saying that this was the case; the microfilmed copy from LANL shows "Unclassifed" stamps. Very uncommon. SOLD
