11x8 inches, 12 leaves. 1971. Offset sheets from the typed originals.  Salzer, a mathematician, signed this copy to number theorist Daniel Shanks.  This was self-published, and appears rarely in public libraries, only 3 located in the OCLC.   Fine copy.  $75
